2nd Class degree in a relevant discipline; graduates in an unrelated field considered subject to qualifying examination; non-graduates with significant practical experience and proof of ability to work at this level also considered; where English is not 1st language IELTS 7.0; or TOEFL 600 and 5.0 TWE (250 in the computer-based score with 5.0 in Essay Writing Skills) are required.
