3 core courses: Introduce students to contemporary examples of photographic practice and city life; cover a selection of the key and historic texts of social theory which consider cities spatiality and urban form; provide a historical overview of the different attempts at mapping and documenting urban life in London; students also choose 2 options from a range of courses available in sociology; anthropology; English and comparative literature; politics; cultural studies; and media and communications.
