Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply to Leeds Metropolitan University University via the Universities Central Admissions System (UCAS), which processes undergraduate applications for all universities in the UK. UCAS allows you to select up to five study options and they will contact your chosen universities once you have submitted their online form and paid the small handling fee. The UCAS system is open for applications from the 1st September until the 30th June, however it is advisable to apply early as some courses have earlier deadlines and a number of popular courses close to new applicants before the final deadline.
Postgraduate students apply directly to Leeds Metropolitan University using the University online application form or through the agent. Alternatively, it is possible to apply using the PDF application form, this form will need to be emailed to the International Office along with your additional documents. Postgraduate research students are encouraged to apply online or by using the PDF application form. Although there is no set deadline we recommend that you apply as early as possible as applications to some courses close early due to popular demand. Deadlines for postgraduate research programmes are two months before the date you wish your research to commence.
Leeds Metropolitan University is well connected. Public transport, cycling and walking facilities are provided. The University city campus buildings are all within easy walking distance of Leeds City Rail station. Headingley Campus has its own bus stop on campus and is 3 miles out of the city centre on a well-served bus corridor. Headingley Stadium is just a 10 minute walk from Burley Park train station, one stop from Leeds.
