Inholland University of Applied Sciences

Entry requirements

  1. A secondary school diploma and final grade list;
  2. English requirements: IELTS with an overall score of 6 for writing, reading, listening and speaking or TOEFL Internet Based Test with overall score of 80 on reading, writing, listening and speaking;
  3. Interview (mandatory for all students): an interview with a staff member of the programme of your choice. This interview can take place via Skype, phone or in person.

A Study Visa

Inholland University will help you by applying for a visa (MVV) on your behalf. The University has a special visa service, which is free of charge.

How to apply

If you would like to study for your degree at Inholland University, then your next step is to apply in Studielink.nl. Please note that the application procedure for international applications takes longer than three months. We advise you to take the following steps, as early as possible:

  • Register at studielink.nl (code for Inholland is 27PZ)
  • Send in your admission documents: English test results + copy of Secondary school diploma with a transcript and a certified translation in English+ Copy of passport or ID
  • Sign up for an interview (at IntRecruitment.Diemen@inholland.nl)
  • Apply for visa

Application Deadline

International applicants should note that the enrolment procedure can take well over three months to complete. To improve your chances to attend the course of your choice, it is best to enrol as early as possible. We recommend the following enrolment deadline dates: 

  • Dutch students by 1 August 
  • EU students by 1 August 
  • Non-EU students by 1 May

Location

The degree programmes offered in English are provided at four locations throughout the Randstad: Diemen (Amsterdam), Haarlem, The Hague, and Delft.

- Inholland Diemen is a medium-sized location on the border of Amsterdam. The location is easy to reach by public transportation, such as the underground subway, bus and train.

- Haarlem is the capital of the North-Holland province with a wonderful historic centre and some of the best shops and museums in the Netherlands.

- The Hague: The small-scale campus in The Hague is located less than ten minutes’ walk from The Hague Central Station and nearby the seaside, city centre and cozy bars.

- Delft is a historic city with a rich and dazzling history, known throughout the world as a technological centre. Inholland University of Applied Sciences Delft is housed in state-of-the-art premises at campus belonging to Delft University of Technology.
