This four-year bachelor programme will enable you to make a flying start to your career. Whether your ambitions lie in managing a hotel, starting your own company or working in one of the many other hospitality-oriented organizations.
Courses at the Hotel Management School Maastricht have a practical focus. We’ll help you to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable you to carry out practical assignments both inside and outside the school. First, you will apply what you have learned in the Teaching Hotel, and later on in company-based practical and management internships (5 months in Year 2 and in Year 4 correspondingly). In third year you can also choose international exchange programme or minors.
And you’ll gradually acquire the professional competence that will enable you to make a brilliant start to your career: managerial jobs in the international hotel industry, work in management or consultancy jobs, for healthcare institutions or service companies, in the conference and exhibition sector and in financial services: banks and insurance companies select our students for their customer-focus.
The Hotel School selects ambitious students who feel passionately about hospitality. The School sets the bar high and expects its students to be responsible for their own learning process, but offers them personal support whenever required.
In the 3rd year you can follow a pre-master programme preparing you for MSc Facility and Real Estate Management.
After successful completion of the programme graduates might find managerial jobs in the international hotel industry, work in management or consultancy jobs, for healthcare institutions or service companies, in the conference and exhibition sector and in financial services: banks and insurance companies select our students for their customer-focus.
