Work placement

During your 3rd year, you will do a work placement at a research institute or company. The goal of this placement is to develop your professional knowledge and skills, and prepare you for the job market.

You will learn new skills and procedures, gain information about your field and constantly put your knowledge to work. This approach will help you to easily switch back and forth between theory and practice. Something that will serve you well in your work placement and your future career.

At the end of your work placement, you will be evaluated by HAN assessors and your work placement coach. They will assess what you have learned and whether you have developed sound technical and communication skills.
