Entry requirements
Requirements for admission to the graduate program in aerospace engineering include graduation with a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, or its equivalent, from an institution of recognized standing and satisfactory scores on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Degrees in mathematics, physics, and certain other engineering disciplines may also be deemed appropriate. Grade point average > 3.0 undergraduate. Successful international applicants must score at least a 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) paper version (pBT), a 213 on the computer version (cBT), and a 78 on the internet version (iBT). Additionally, successful applicants must score a minimum of 16 on the listening, reading, speaking, and writing components of the iBT. Auburn University will also accept a 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. Total (Verbal plus Quantitative) GRE score > 1100.
