Last year, students in co-op earned $193 million working with a worldwide network of 5,200 regularly hiring employers, 97 per cent co-op employment rate 2013/2014. 95 per cent of Waterloo co-op students employed in positions related to skills developed in their field of study, six months after graduation (Ontario average 73 per cent), 74 per cent of 2011 co-op grads were earning over $50,000 two years after graduation (Ontario average: 39 per cent).
