The school's main hilltop campus is located on a 22 ha setting between the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park in the center of San Francisco. It is home to five schools and a vibrant community of students inspired to change the world.

USF has numerous student clubs for the performing arts, including a theater group, two-time Golden Gate Regional winning improvisational team, choir, marching band, contemporary mass ensemble, and a dance program that focuses on social justice.
Besides, the city of San Francisco has a lot to do all the time. Students can take a walk or go hiking. There are also fun little enclaves, such as Castro Street or Chinatown, that give visitors a taste of diversity. There are also great thrift shops on Haight and Ashbury for those that are into vintage items. There are also concerts from time to time in the city and many other fascinating events.

The Office of Student Housing and Residential Education (SHaRE) opens their doors to over 2,000 USF students every year, providing an active, safe, and comfortable environment in the center of San Francisco.

Via a multitude of tailored on-campus events, the organization connects students directly to jobs and internships at today’s most exciting organizations, including Google, Twitter, Pandora, and Yelp.
The Center provides support for students and alumni on LinkedIn profiles, writing resumes and cover letters, interview practice, finding a job or internship, and exploring careers and majors.
