We understand that moving to another country can be a very daunting prospect for many students, especially if it is their first time away from their family, which is why we make it our priority to ensure that international students feel welcome, settled and part of the community.

The University has over 3,000 students from more than 100 nationalities, and we encourage students to embrace the cultures of others as well as sharing their own. Events such as ‘World Food Day’ and our highly anticipated ‘International Day’ enable our students to celebrate and promote the culture and traditions of their home countries.

Located in the heart of Dubai in Al Barsha 1, The Residences is a ‘home away from home’ for students whilst they study at the University. It offers segregated living for males and females with a variety of room types.

The Residences is comprised of 20 semi-detached villas, all of which are fully furnished to a high standard, with internet connection in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi available in the common areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing, drying and ironing facilities.  What’s more - the Residences also boast a state of the art gym, swimming pool, volleyball and basketball court.

There are a wide range of local amenities, with Sharaf DG Metro Station a 10 minute walk and Mall of the Emirates a 20 minute walk away.

Located in HUB 19, Middlesex University Dubai’s Careers and Employability Service (CES) aims to understand each student’s goals and aspirations to support them in achieving success in their career.

The CES will support and encourage students from the start of their studies to the end of their university journey. The service is also available to all Alumni up to one year after graduation. The department offers career guidance, career counseling and information on internship and employment opportunities, ensuring students are well equipped to succeed in a competitive job market.
