At Kingston University you can look forward to much more than just studying. Being a student is an experience that you will remember for the rest of your life. Kingston University Students’ Union (KUSU) is a student-run organisation that provides support and entertainment throughout your time at Kingston University. KUSU organises social events, clubs and societies, and also provides advice if you have any problems at the University. The University has superb facilities for outdoor sports, including rugby, football, cricket, archery, netball and tennis.


The University has recently spent more than £30million on new resources and facilities and plan to spend, in total, £125million during the next 10 years, so that our students benefit from the best. The University has the latest e-learning technology, 3,000 computers across four campuses, free internet, Wi-Fi hotspots and excellent library resources. Many of our laboratories, design studios and workshops are fitted with the latest technical equipment.

Accommodation

The 2,574 rooms are convenient for the University's campuses. All are furnished and self catering, with on-site launderettes, 24-hour management and parking facilities (other than iQ Wave). If you prefer to live independently, the University is ready to advice to help you find accommodation in one of the many privately rented flats or houses available around the cmpus.

Career services

The Jobshop programme helps students find full-time part-time, summer and graduate jobs. Kingston encourages and nurtures entrepreneurship and creativity, producing the highest number of graduate start-up companies than any other UK university (Higher Education Business and Community Interaction Survey). From before you leave your home country, until after you graduate, Kingston University offers all students a wide range of support services, ranging from support with studies and English language, to CV preparation and job fairs, to arriving in the UK, to visas and immigration, to health and counselling, to religion and spirituality and more.
