As well as a fantastic teaching and
learning environment, many more things make Coventry a great place to study!
Sports and Societies
We have a truly dynamic culture at our
Coventry campus, with over 130 societies that bring together enthusiasts in
everything from Indie Music to a thriving Book Club. If you want to carry on
with your favourite sport, or try something new, you can feed your passion by
joining one of our many teams.
Student Services
The focal point of non-academic life is our
students’ building - The Hub. Located at the heart of our city-centre campus,
this purpose-built space is where students meet for lunch, grab a quick coffee,
watch a movie at our 3D cinema or even log on to one of the many open access
computers.
It’s also home to a range of Student Support Services, from the Health and Well-being service to our main Information Point. Here, staff are available to help with any queries you may have during your time at university.
Living in student accommodation is a great way to make friends and integrate quickly into university life. Most of our accommodation is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the University and city centre.
Depending on whether you prefer en-suite/shared facilities or catered/self-catered accommodation, costs range from between £100 - £200 per week. What’s more, we have added over 2,000 brand-new rooms for 2018, so you will be spoilt for choice!
At Coventry, we do everything we can to help you stand out from other graduates and prepare you for a successful career.
Through our dedicated Careers and Employability Service, we invest heavily in helping you secure work placements and summer internships. Recent results show how successful this investment is; an impressive 97% of our graduates secure employment or continue with further study within just 6 months of their graduation.
Coventry is only one hour’s train journey away from London, less than 20 minutes from Birmingham and 45 minutes from Oxford. You will find everything you would expect from a vibrant ultra-modern city and, because of the university’s city centre location, everything is within walking distance.
