Higher Education Foundation Programme at the University of Warwick is a pre-university course that helps to prepare international students for study in the UK and help them decide on future study.

The course is full-time from when you register in September to the completion of your examinations, usually in the final week of May. The teaching will take place for 25 hours per week and students will need to allow approximately 10 hours per week for private study, preparing for tests and writing assignments.

Higher Education Foundation Programme for Science/ Engineering

The Science & Engineering Foundation Course provides a framework for further studies in Science & Engineering related subjects. Students will study three core subjects and will be given the choice of one further course option, IT or Economics. This flexibility will assist students in tailoring their foundation course to their future degree studies.

After successful completion of this course, students can apply for the following bachelor degrees:  Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics.
