The programme consists of 180 credits; a taught element (140 credits) and a project (40 credits). The project must be written on a topic that has a meaningful relationship to issues of international commercial law.

We operate a rolling admissions system and you are therefore advised to apply early in order to be sure of your place on our Masters programmes. We recommend that for entry in October UK students should apply by 1 August and international students should apply by 1 June, or earlier if possible, to allow time to obtain a UK visa, if required.
The University of Reading is located in the South-East of England and has excellent transport links. Reading's railway station is within only 25 minutes from London Paddington by high speed train, as well provides regular services to and from other cities around the UK. There are direct services to and from both London Heathrow and London Gatwick Airports.
