Entry requirements
The M.Arch III program track provides individuals who have degrees in fields other than architecture the opportunity of entering architectural practice within 3-4 years.
Eligibility
4 year Bachelor's degree in a field other than architecture.
College Algebra and Trigonometry*
College Physics with a lab*
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4-point scale. TOEFL: Only scores of 79 iBT, 26 on the spoken English subtest or greater are acceptable. The M.Arch II program track is for individuals who have an NAAB-accredited undergraduate degree with a major in architecture, and who are interested in preparing for professional registration.
Eligibility
4-year accredited degree with a major in architecture that includes the following elements. (Credit requirements are based on a semester system).
6 Design studios = 32 credits
2 Courses in design fundamentals = 6 credits
2 History and Theory of Architecture courses = 6 credits
2 Construction courses = 6 credits
2 Structures courses = 6 credits
2 Environmental technology courses = 6 credits
College Algebra and Trigonometry, or Calculus
College Physics with a lab
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4-point scale. TOEFL: Only scores of 79 iBT, 26 on the spoken English subtest or greater are acceptable.
