Entry requirements

First degree (or equivalent); and OU Advanced Diploma in education (or equivalent professional qualification); OU Certificate of Continuing Professional Development; or Qualified Teacher Status and at least 3 years' teaching experience. Some experience in education or an allied field is required, but candidates need not be practising teachers. Normally must have successfully completed modules worth at least 120 points from OU master's programme in education (or the equivalent).
