Year 1: Focuses on developing their intellectual skills through studying basic principles of understanding people, business environments and finance; students choose 1 option from languages, ICE (ideas, creativity and entrepreneurship), work-based learning and business sustainability. Year 2: Focuses on how organisations function and survive in the tough world of global business, including marketing, people management, and finance and operations management; students choose 1 option from languages, ICE (ideas, creativity and entrepreneurship), work-based learning and business sustainability. Year 3 is spent on a paid work placement. The final year students undertake a research project based on your placement experience; students study corporate and global strategy, cross-cultural management and two options from a wide range across the business school, including finance, marketing, human resource management and international business.
