This subject allows students to explore a broad range of creative ideas and technical skills; studies cover materials and techniques in ceramics, glass, jewellery, metalwork; there is the option of specialising in any one of these areas or combining the materials in the development of ideas; after an initial introduction to all the key areas that relate to the programme, students are asked to consider a specialist subject area.
The main Wrexham campus is a short walk from Wrexham town centre.
The Flintshire campus is set in 91 hectares of landscaped gardens at the Welsh College of Horticulture, accessible by car and bus.
