The course covers the professional field of design crafts from 1-off creations for the gallery to commercial production; it provides an opportunity for creative expression in an exciting range of materials and individual choice of approach, from jewellery and interior accessories to glass and ceramics products; the study of contextual, critical and historical issues and the application of digital technology forms an important part of the programme; students also participate in live projects in relevant design and crafts contexts; application deadline: March 2010.
