Animation is a challenging and exciting course offering real-world production experience and professional practice as you develop your skills in 3D character animation, 2D animation, drawing, concept art, compositing and VFX.
De Montfort University vibrant studio culture encourages you to achieve your full potential. Programme offers excellent specialist facilities including industry-standard animation, recording and sound studios, editing suites and dedicated graphics studios, computer suites for lectures and practical workshops, screening rooms for viewing dailies and presentations, green/blue screen studios; exposure to the latest software and motion capture facilities to ensure you achieve the high level of professional skills required by industry. You will also benefit from the University's dedicated suite of Cintiq stations.

East Midlands Airport is 30 minutes away with regular flights to destinations across Europe.
