Entry requirements
Degree (2:2) in appropriate discipline; Certificate of Competence as Master or Chief Engineer; Class 1 Master Mariner; Class 1 Engineer; Standards of Training Certificates and Watchkeeping Management Level Qualifications, or equivalent, and work experience in the sea transport industry to a reasonable level of responsibility, such as 1st or 2nd Officer, 2nd or 3rd Engineer, or equivalent; HND in appropriate discipline plus relevant professional qualifications and experience; relevant experience and qualifications in the offshore industry to a reasonable level of responsibility; interview may be required.
