The majority of the course is concerned with practical image-making; but alongside the practical units students also study a programme of critical studies; this provides students with a broad understanding of the historical, social and cultural issues relating to images and the useof images; in this way students develop a wealth of knowledge and analytical skills to help students refine their ideas and their work.
