Entry requirements

Applicants should have a strong interest in mathematics and excellent quantative skills. Applying with a non-Dutch diploma means that an applicant's previous education must be equivalent to the Dutch VWO diploma, with mathematics and English including in the final examination. In addition, the level of mathematics needs to be equivalent to the Dutch VWO mathematics B. International applicants with a relevant HBO first-year degree with sufficient background in mathematics and a sufficient score at one of the English proficiency test. We require evidence of English language proficiency: TOEFL IBT: minimum 92, at least 20 on each subscore. Reporting number 0398 IELTS Academic: minimum 6.5, at least 6.0 on each sub-score ​Cambridge English: A (First-FCE), A/B/C (Advanced CAE), A/B/C (Proficiency-CPE). Russia: secondary school diploma with a suitable study programme of sufficient level and 1 year of full-time university/college education, or an Attestat o Srednem (Polnom) Obshchem Obrazovanii (Certificate of Secondary Complete General Education), final marks >80%
