EM Normandie was granted the EQUIS accreditation for 3 years in 2016 by EFMD (European Quality Improvement System), and saw it renewed for yet another 3 years in 2019. Fewer than 200 universities and Business Schools hold this EQUIS hallmark in the world, of which 1% only have been awarded the double AACSB and EQUIS accreditation.
In 2014, the School was granted the US AACSB accreditation (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) for a period of 5 years. This was renewed in 2019 for another 5 years as a result of the renewal process and a peer review.
The Bachelor International Management obtained in 2016 the French visa Bac+3 (Undergraduate Degree) for 5 years awarded by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
In 2015, the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation renewed the French visa Bac+5 (Graduate Degree) and the Grade de Master (Master’s Degree) awarded to the Master in Management for another 5 years.
The CEFDG (Commission d' Evaluation des Formations et Diplômes de Gestion) is the sole national body that reviews educational programmes offered by Business and Management Schools accredited by the French state.
The Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles - RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications) lists all training programmes and degrees/diplomas/certificates certified by the Commission Nationale de la Certification Professionnelle (CNCP). The degree/diploma/certificate is a proof of competencies, skills and knowledge required to fulfil a position in a given professional field. Under the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), certified qualifications are listed per level (from Level 3 for Programmes before the Secondary Education Exit Diploma up to Level 8 for Doctoral Programmes).

Listed on the Datadock Data Base since 2017, the EM Normandie label was renewed in 2019, certifying the quality of its Continuing Education programmes to professional education funding bodies.
EM Normandie is a member of the School of Management Chapter of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE), which federates 39 French Business Schools accredited by the State and chartered to award a Master’s Degree (Grade de Master). These Schools are a reference both in France and abroad in their training fields.
In 2010, EM Normandie joined the Union des Grandes Ecoles Indépendantes (UGEI), first as an associate member, then in 2012, as an active member. UGEI federates 36 Engineering and Management Schools that award a Master's Degree.
In 2016, EM Normandie was awarded the Etablissement d’Enseignement Supérieur Privé d’Intérêt Général (EESPIG) status by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation for a period of 5 years. EM Normandie is thus recognised as a not-for-profit Higher Education institution that contributes to the public service of Higher Education and Research.
EM Normandie has held the BSIS (Business School Impact System) label since 2013. Renewed in 2017, this evaluation tool, operated by FNEGE (Fondation Nationale pour l’Enseignement de la Gestion des Entreprises) and EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), gauges the financial, economic and intellectual impact of a school on its territory while taking into account its specificities and ro
