This course involves 1 on 1 and team development for managers and leaders; it is suitable for experienced coaches and those with significant expertise in related areas: Human resource development, who wish to develop their coaching skills while exploring the intellectual and academic aspects of the subject; the course is currently pending an award of accreditation by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) to professional standards; the course: develops students' expertise in the area of executive coaching; evaluates and enhances students' practice of executive coaching; it provides expert knowledge and advisory capacity to employers; it develops a deeper, evidence-based and more critical understanding of executive coaching; it advances levels of academic achievement in executive coaching; it develops knowledge and skills in professional practice, with supervised practice in between taught sessions.
