Course covers basic backstage work including scenery handling and flying; all aspects of theatre lighting and sound providing skills required to take on roles of sound production technician and lighting designer on Academy’s public productions working with professional directors, designers and lighting designers; training supplemented by visits, demonstrations and guest lectures; in final term, project work exhibited in RADA’s GBS Theatre giving opportunity to discuss with invited group of industry contacts.
