The programme identifies new ways of responding to the needs of children and young people through working collaboratively with other practitioners; it enhances the graduate's professional profile by demonstrating their commitment to innovative practice and lifelong learning; within this multi-disciplinary course students develop a range of strategic management and critical and analytical skills; as well as gaining an awareness of the context in which services for children and young people are currently delivered; through the programme’s community links and partnerships graduates increase their knowledge of innovative practice in the sector.
