Whether you want to manage or own a hotel, restaurant, or event planning business, the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management program is comprehensive and will teach you the skills necessary to take on a leadership role in the hospitality industry. Students have two coop/field placement experiences during their degree program, which enables them to complete the program with work experience on a resume.
