Digital culture, arts and media aims to explore this emerging field, offering students opportunities to engage with digital media in creative ways, while also revealing the critical and theoretical shifts that go hand in hand with these new forms of production; with the aim of providing a rich and rounded experience, time is given to both practice and theory, integrating practical and creative concerns with the demands of academic and theoretical work; the computing programme is designed to provide students with a broad introduction to career opportunities in computing; it develops a strong programming/theory of programming approach allowing specialisation across a wide range of fast developing technologies in business and industry.
