Year one allows students to develop specialist experience in pre-production; production and post-production work in line with standard broadcasting practices; in year two students can build on these experiences; and discover the key concepts of interactive television; design and production through a combination of study and practical projects; during this course; students build an exciting and varied show reel of work as they develop skills in different aspects of television production; the centre of creative industries is an AVID academic partner.Modules: Scripting and directing; camera; lighting and sound; directing; non-linear editing (this includes industry certification by AVID); multi-camera studio production; media analysis.
