New rules for obtaining student and work visas in the UK 2012

Since 6 April 2012 the order of registration of student visas (Student Visa, Tier 4) and work visas, issued at the end of the study (Post study work visa, the part of Tier 1), was amended.

Work in the UK after graduation

Since 6 April 2012, terminated the scheme and the issue of work visas for students who graduated from a University in the UK. The visas issued under the immigration Tier 1. You graduated from a British University, have completed a training course for obtaining the academic degree;
You wish to develop ideas or entrepreneurial skills by opening their business in the UK;
Your "sponsor" is a school graduate who You are.
