Cambridge University announced the creation of a new Master of science degree in corporate law (Master's degree in Corporate Law - MCL). New program rights were not introduced by the University since the 19th century. Teaching full-time nine-month program MCL will begin in the 2012-13 school year. Prospective students will examine the regulatory framework for the management and financing of companies. Master's degree in corporate law will cover key areas such as corporate governance, regulation of financial markets and pensions, and include a wide and varied range of enterprise objects than the more traditional workshops programme.
