Every winter, on Christmas eve, under cover of night, graduate students and scientific employees of St. John's College , University of Cambridge gather with their friends to hear Ghost stories. This is the first year people all over the world could get a glimpse of this magical event, listening to an abridged version of "a Christmas Carol". The famous mystical story of Dickens was read by Professor David frost, a former graduate student of the College. Audience in a historic building, over 400 years, is the perfect place for stories, from which the cold chills running through my spine. Reflected in the massive grates the glare of the fire from the fireplace, the flickering flames of dozens of candles and heavy silk draperies create a special atmosphere, a pertinent audience back in time. Reading are also available for viewing in the record.
