Writes Della Bradshaw in the "Financial times" business school, Judge Cambridge University began to establish a portfolio of short programmes designed for senior managers. These programs will be available from November 2010. Effective leadership course will last three weeks. The course is designed for 40-50 year old managers, is ready to join the boards of Directors of large companies. Along with traditional training in the business, 15-20 program participants will also teach professors from other faculties of the University, e.g. engineering or economic. It is expected that the new course will be taught twice a year.
