The faculty of engineering and mathematical Sciences City University London opens from September 2010 the new school a master's degree in clinical engineering equipment management of technology in health care (MSc in Clinical Engineering with Healthcare Technology Management). The course was designed to provide a special workshop qualifications of those responsible for complex devices installed in hospitals today, and is designed both for recent graduates and working nurses. It will cover areas such as anatomy and physiology, biomedical instrumentation, diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and diagnostic imaging.
