Documents for admission to the graduate school of the British and the procedure of their registration

Each University sets its own entrance requirements and determines the application process. After the applicant decided on the University and program, it is necessary to carefully consider the information presented on the University's website, and, if necessary, contact the admissions office and to the administration of the faculty.

The documents most often required by the admission regulations of the British doctoral programmes and the procedure of their registration are generally similar to those documents for admission to the master's program. As a rule, the package of documents for prospective graduate students includes:

  • The application for admission,
  • Application for the scholarship;
  • Letters of recommendation (usually two);
  • Copy (transcript) of the previous diploma of degree of higher education;
  • CV;
  • A certificate confirming the level of English proficiency;
  • Career motivational letter (Saheeh development statement) – for educational research and professionally-oriented programs or Research project (Research proposal) – research programmes;
  • Payment of the consideration of the application;
  • A copy of the passport,
