Scholarships at Royal Holloway University for foreign students in 2016

University of Royal Holloway is located in Egham in the County of Surrey and is part of the prestigious University of London. From the College campus is just 40 minutes by train to the centre of the capital of the UKand the students at Royal Holloway have the right to use all infrastructure facilities of the University located in London.

The University offers a variety of scholarships for foreign students for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Scholarships for undergraduate students

Scholarship Magna Carta Law (Magna Carta)

The College offers 2 scholarships in the amount of 10 000 pounds each, for newly arriving foreign students to the programme LLB Law undergraduate. Funds are available in the form of a discount on the tuition cost and are distributed as follows: 1st year – £ 4,000; 2nd year – £ 3,000; 3rd year – £ 3,000.

To apply for the scholarship applicants must hold an offer for admission from the University and demonstrate excellent results in academic achievement (no lower than AAA in A-levels). The deadline for submission of applications is 8 March 2016. The contest results will be announced until 4 April 2016.

Scholarship For International Excellence

The University provides 6 scholarships for new students in all undergraduate programs in the amount of 10 000 pounds each, for a period of 3 years.

Scholarship Article 26

Article 26 of the universal Declaration of human rights on the right to education. University of Royal Holloway in partnership with the Helena Kennedy Foundation annually awards 1 fellowship for students, who fled from illegal persecution in their country and has applied in the UK for asylum. The amount of the scholarship equivalent to full tuition fees for any undergraduate within 3 years.

The deadline for submission of applications is 8 March 2016. The decision to award scholarships will be announced until 4 April 2016.

Scholarships for graduate students

Scholarship For International Excellence

The University allocates 6 scholarships for new international students coming to any of the graduate programs. The amount of the scholarship is 5000 poundsand it is available in the form of a discount of tuition fee for the first year.

Selection of students will occur on the basis of current academic achievement, and applicants must have a diploma level First Class Honours (honours degree) to participate in the contest. You must also have a proposal for a graduate program.

Submission of applications for scholarships – until April 13, 2016.

The Chevening scholarship is allocated international sponsorship organization provides financial incentives for students with outstanding leadership qualities who are studying for master's degree of any British University.
