You will begin your first-year, degree-seeking undergraduate coursework on day one, which will keep you track to complete your degree in 4 years. You will transition into your degree with transferable credits.

Progress automatically to many of ASU’s majors in international and general business, as well as arts and sciences, when you successfully complete the ASU-USA Pathways program.

Learn at your own pace
The ASU-USA Pathways program is offered in 1 or 3 semesters, which will give you maximum flexibility to progress to ASU undergraduate degree study as soon as you’re ready, or extend your time with Global Launch for additional support.

This program lets you start undergraduate studies at ASU while you raise your English proficiency and academic grades. You’ll take a combination of English language and academic courses, and receive extra support to prepare you for degree-level study in the USA. Successfully complete a pathway and you are guaranteed progression to these bachelor’s degrees taught on ASU’s West or Downtown Phoenix campus. However, students can transition into any ASU undergraduate program if they achieve the major-specific requirements.
Entry requirements
Academic level
Entry to 3-semester pathway program: completion of high school with GPA 2.50 or top 35% of high school class
Entry to 1-semester pathway program: completion of high school with GPA 2.75 and no mathematics competency deficiencies

For international students affected by testing centers closures due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Arizona State University has temporarily approved the use of the Duolingo English test (DET).
